Violet Vintage is a unique event rental resource that provides beautiful vintage furniture, tablescapes, and décor to brides, photographers, event planners, and designers looking to give their event originality and style.
Violet Vintage began with a love of all things unique, aged and pretty. Over the years, we have found that the most compelling style is a blend of old and new. Today we are proud to offer a variety of pieces ranging from the 1900’s to modern day.
Violet Vintage specializes in event rentals consisting primarily of furniture, glassware, dishware, flatware, and décor. Most of our inventory is catalogued on our website for easy, at-home browsing. Collect your favorite pieces by utilizing our Wishlist application. Email your Wishlist to us and we will check availability and provide you with a quote to get you started.
VISITING OUR SHOP:
We love meeting with brides, planners, and stylists in person! Shop visits include a quick intake to collect the details of your event and a brief style assessment. From there, customers have an hour to browse our collection, guided by one of our in-house stylists.

HOW TO RESERVE ITEMS:
Once you are familiar with the items you would like to reserve, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your order. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event date. On short notice orders (less than 30 days), payment is required in full.
We encourage customers to reserve items as soon as possible upon receiving your quote in order to guarantee availability. Due to the demand for our one-of-a-kind lovelies, we cannot guarantee every item will always be available.
Orders placed within 1 week of their event date may be subject to a rush fee. Rush fees begin at $50 and increase based on the size and details of the order.
MINIMUM RENTAL FEES:
Based on the time of year, orders are subject to a $100 or $200 rental minimum. This does not include tax, fees, or delivery/pickup charges. All rental prices are for 1-day use; however, long-term rental rates are available.
A 6% Maintenance Fee is applied to all orders. This covers minor wear and tear on the equipment. This fee does not cover damage, theft, loss, vandalism, misuse, abuse or missing equipment and customer shall be liable for such events.
All items must be protected from rain and any adverse weather conditions.
Dishware, glassware, flatware, and servingware must be hand-rinsed before return. Please refrain from using harsh detergents or tools (especially on our gold-rimmed plates and glassware). Do not leave gold flatware submerged in water or left wet for long periods of time. Please avoid leaving water on or in metal objects to prevent rusting.
We recommend the use of LED candles with our lighting collection. If real candles are used, wax drippings must be removed from candelabras, candlesticks, lanterns, and votives before return. Items returned with copious candle wax may be subject to a fee of $2-$5 per item.
Mirrors and window panes must be wiped clean (if used for signage) before return. Mirrors and window panes returned with writing will be subject to a $5 fee per item. Chalkboards can be returned with writing (we repaint after each rental).
Please dump all vessels and remove all florals from items before return.
Damaged items will be subject to additional fees. Items that are lost or destroyed (completely unsalvageable) will be billed for a replacement item. All damaged items must be returned to Violet Vintage.
